Let me tell you a little about dry skin,
Your skin is made up of several layers of cells and
lots of oil glands. The oil that the glands produce keeps the skin from losing all the moisture and it keeps it nice and
soft. But your skin is always losing moisture into the air and every time you wash your skin, you wash away a lot of
the oil, letting even more moisture evaporate and dry the skin. In the summer and when it is humid your
skin will replenish itself by soaking up moisture from the air. When there is no humidity, like in the winter, living
in the desert your skin doesn't moisturize itself. That's when you need to provide it moisture, if you don't
your skin will be dry, itchy, bleed, infections, cause those wrinkles to appear ect.
So don't wash with that junk they sell in the store for soap as they take out all the
glycerin and replace it with cheap junk, you need good handmade soap made with oils, our shower gel made with olive oil or
the one with Shea butter, then before you dry off you need to apply oil or lotion to your damp body as that will trap the
moisture into the the top layer of skin
You need to moisturize a lot when it's dry, you can easily get infections when your skin is
dried out & cracking
