I got a big surprise for my birthday Buck bought me a Pink Dyson and I love it. You would not believe the sand ( plus every thing else ) it picks up & I thought my other one did a good job. And I don't know where all the sand comes from when we still have all this snow even in April . If you can afford one and have a lot of carpet with kids and or pets then I would get one because they really are as good as they say. And mine is lots lighter then my Dirt Devil. Many complain it's made of plastic well if it wasn't you would never be able to use it. This is heavy duty plastic not cheap. Feel free to email me to ask any questions you may have.

Another new item that I got was a grab bar for the bath tub, I couldn't live without my soaks for pain and sometime I have a hard time getting out. Well we checked on bars before & they are very expensive...... so we seen one in our favorite store Harbor Freight Tools for $5.95 and it works very good plus it is made good and sturdy also holds up to 300 pounds. You can put it where you need it.... it holds in place by a very strong suction.
